(1) Access and edit your personal information

Account Information: To access or edit personal information, set privacy and permissions, or close your account, log in to your account and navigate to "My" - "Settings". Personal Information: To edit the personal information in your profile, log in to your account and click on "My" Personal ID or "Edit". If you are unable to access this information through the provided path, please contact HaNi Customer Service. We guarantee a response to your request within 15 days. For any additional personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you in accordance with the relevant arrangements.

(2) Correction of your personal information

If you find errors in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request corrections or additions. You may make a request for correction or supplementation as outlined in the "Accessing and Editing Your Personal Information" section.

(3) Deletion of your personal information

You may delete some of your personal information as detailed in the "Accessing and Editing Your Personal Information" section. You may request us to delete your personal information in the following cases: a. Violation of laws and regulations in handling personal information; b. Collection or use of personal information without explicit consent; c. Serious violation of the agreement with you regarding personal information handling; d. Discontinuation of product or service usage, or voluntary account cancellation; e. Cessation of products or services provided to you. If your deletion request is accepted, we will notify individuals who received your personal information from us and request prompt deletion, unless required by law or regulation, or if independently authorized by you. When information is deleted from our services, it may not be immediately removed from our backup system. However, we will delete this information when the backup is updated to ensure complete removal.

(4) Managing the scope of your authorization

For each business function, basic personal information is required. You may give or withdraw consent for the collection and use of additional personal information at any time. Certain business functions and services require your personal information for fulfillment. If you withdraw consent, we may not continue to provide these functions and services and will cease processing the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect our prior processing of personal information based on your consent.

(5) User account cancellation

You can apply for account deletion by logging in to HaNi yourself and navigating to "My" icon -> "System Settings" -> "Account and Security" -> "Account Cancellation (Delete Account)". Please note that your account will be immediately canceled without manual review after you successfully submit the account cancellation application following the aforementioned steps. After you initiate account cancellation, we will cease providing you with products or services, delete your personal information in accordance with relevant laws, or anonymize it.

(6) Constraints on automatic decision-making by information systems

In some business operations, we utilize automated decision-making mechanisms relying solely on information systems and algorithms. If such decisions significantly impact your lawful rights and interests, you may request an explanation, and we will provide an appeal channel that does not compromise HaNi's trade secrets, other users' rights and interests, or the public interest.

(7) Responding to your request

If necessary, a written request or proof of identity may be required for security purposes. We may request identity confirmation before processing your request. We will respond within 15 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can submit a complaint through HaNi Customer Service. We strive to fulfill your reasonable requests to the best of our ability. However, we may deny requests that involve unnecessary repetition of information, demand extensive technical resources, jeopardize the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical.

Limitations

In the following cases, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:

a. Related to national security, national defense security;

b. Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;

c. Related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment, etc;

d. There is sufficient evidence that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuse of rights;

e. Responding to your request will lead to serious damage to your legitimate rights and interests or those of other individuals or organizations;

f. Where commercial secrets are involved.

 

6. Global Transfer of Your Personal Information

We prioritize keeping your personal information within China and avoid transferring data abroad unless necessary for cross-border services. In cases where international data transfer is required, we fully comply with national regulations. This includes evaluating security risks, obtaining your explicit consent, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and supervisory directives.

For transfers to overseas entities, we take strong measures such as binding agreements, on-site audits, and other security protocols to safeguard your information. It’s important to note that information you voluntarily share on international platforms may not fall under these protections, but we will still ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy to the greatest extent possible.

If HaNi ceases operations, we will notify you through push notifications, our website, or in-app announcements. Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
